SharePHI: PHI Management.
Grunion is building an agentic PHI extraction and routing system for personal-injury teams that need speed without giving up compliance.
The problem
Personal-injury work still loses time in the same place. Medical records, insurance documents, and provider files arrive in stacks. Someone has to read them, pull out the facts that matter, and move protected health information to the right party without breaking the chain of custody. The work is slow, repetitive, and easy to mishandle when the process lives in email and manual review.
The product direction
sharephi is an agentic extraction and routing layer for protected health information. The system is designed to parse the incoming records, isolate the facts that matter, and move those facts through a controlled workflow that keeps auditability intact. The point is not to pretend the compliance problem is simple. The point is to take the repetitive review work out of the critical path while keeping the record of what happened readable.
- Agentic document harness
- Compliance-grade audit trail
- Cross-party secure routing
Design goals
- Move medical-record review from manual document hunting to structured extraction.
- Keep routing tied to explicit compliance controls instead of ad hoc inbox handoffs.
- Give legal teams a faster path to the facts without burying them in another document pile.
Operational fit
This fits legal or healthcare-adjacent teams that touch high-volume records and need an auditable workflow around PHI. It is not a fit for a shop that wants casual document summarization with no compliance controls around it.
